Description:

Background - Our team at IKEA is focused on enhancing customer experiences through journey thinking.

This approach involves understanding and mapping out the entire customer journey, on different levels of the customer lifecycle.

By doing so, we aim to identify key strategic connections from our work, make more visible the value we are creating for our customers and business, allowing us to make informed, customer-centric decisions that drive satisfaction and loyalty; in growth and marketing area.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in

Customer-Centric Decision Making: 

We are committed to placing the customer at the heart of our decision-making processes. 

This involves using journey thinking to understand customer needs and preferences, and ensuring our strategies align with these insights.

Growth and Marketing: Our focus is on leveraging journey thinking to drive growth and enhance our marketing efforts. 

This includes identifying opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns, improving customer acquisition and retention, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

Service design, strategic design and visual design (figma)

The ability to zoom in and out. Talk about service/experience in different levels (architecture)/ Looking into the experience from different levels and create a compelling narrative to sell this point of view.
