Background:

As a Senior Service Designer Consultant for IKEA's transformation projects, you'll spearhead efforts to revolutionize fulfillment and store logistics experiences for customers and co-workers. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating digital complexities and guiding strategic decision-making processes by engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Your role will involve leading critical service design activities, including service blueprint mapping, customer and co-worker journey mapping, conducting in-depth research, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders. 

Your insights and recommendations will shape the direction of the transformation projects, ensuring alignment with IKEA's overarching goals.
